Co-regulation is an important way adults can support young people as they grow. It’s something many people may already do, but probably haven’t given much thought to. We were asked to help create a video that could break down the concept of co-regulation for educators, explaining its importance and specific ways adults can intentionally use it to support young people. We worked with our partners at Root House Studio to make an animated world of imaginary characters that could bring the concept to life while simplifying the message.
