We don’t associate transportation infrastructure with habitat recovery. But collaboration between transportation and recovery experts could mean a future where transportation projects also deliver ecological benefits. That’s better for us getting from point A to B, and better for the ecosystems in which we live. We worked with Puget Sound Partnership to create a video that could seed the idea of increased collaboration with both the restoration and transportation communities, and reach policy makers — the video was shown at the Puget Sound Day on the Hill event in Washington DC.
